Editor’s Note

Dear Readers,

Ayurveda is a system of medicine with natural remedies which is conducive to health. Ayurveda evolved into a complete health-care system over many millenia. Although modern medicine has put this science in the shade, temporarily, the failure of modern medicine to counter ailments without side effects has again brought this science into the limelight. For thousands of years Ayurveda remained as a science in antiquity, and is gaining wide acceptance and popularity today.

It was a happy occasion this year a group of 8 students from Italy visited Chakrapani in the month of August and successfully completed 1 week training course in Ayurveda. We would like to share their visit to Chakrapani with all our readers through this newsletter.

We welcome your suggestions and submissions.

Enjoy reading and get benefited with Ayurveda.
