Sandhivat Yog is an unique formula to cope with Osteoarthritis and its complications. This blend is a combination of Sandhivat Capsules and Sandhivat Tablet. Do’s & Don’ts

• Please follow the basic instructions like forward bending restrictions, avoidance of long standing, no weight bearing etc.

• As an external application, gentle downward massage with Vata oil followed by fomentation (hot compress) once daily is also desirable for best results.

• Please avoid sour foods, fermented foods, white floor preparation like white bread, carbonated cold drinks, sour fruit juices and sugars in excess. One can take regular home made food in which protein from vegetarian origin is must.

·        Sandhivat capsule - Please take the Sandhivat capsule in the dose of 2 caps. twice daily with water after breakfast and dinner.

·        Sandhivat vati (tablet) - Please take Sandhivat vati (tablet) in the dose of 2 tabs. twice daily with water after breakfast and dinner.
