Trikatu is a mixture of three spices- sunthi, marich , pippali in equal proportion. It is used to promote digestion, burn ama( toxins), enhances the metabolic activity and absorption of the nutrients.

1. Sunthi (Zingiber officinale)
2. Marich (Piper nigrum)
3. Pippali (Piper longum)
Dose – 2-3gms twice daily with warm water
