Health benefits-
Triphala ghrit is formulation of Amalaki , Haritaki , bibhitaki in ghee base. These three herbs form the foundation of Rejuvenation therapy. These herbs are known anti-oxidants and in combination with ghee it improves eye-sight in myopia and helps in management of stress induced eye ailments like computer vision syndrome. It is used externally for Tarpana karma (eye treatment).

Recommended Use– 1 tsp 2 times a day with warm water.
